Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 20% of the scheduled service.
Clients who fail to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice ('No-Shows") will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost to the card on file.
Payment Terms & Collection: Full payment is due at the time services are rendered. We reserve the right to suspend future bookings for any accounts with an outstanding balance. Once an account is settled, we may require 100% pre-payment to secure future sessions.
Right to Refuse Service: To maintain a high-quality, professional environment, we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who fails to adhere to our payment policies, is repeatedly non-communicative. or whose behavior disrupts business operations.
